Favorites not found when web-viewing "My Set-Top Boxes"

When viewing FiOS TV Central on the web under my account, and selecting My Set-Top Boxes, only the Favorites for one of the three Set-Top Boxes that I have is shown. All three boxes are powered on, and Favorites are set for all three boxes. Thoughts?

Would that one box happen to be your DVR? I think you only see this for the DVR, not for regular STB's. I haven't ever had it show up for any box other than my DVR.
