My apartment building was wired for FiOS about 2 months ago. Techs already came in everyone's apartment and installed jacks and the battery pack. Now, if my apartment is already wired, do I have to have a tech come to install the TV box and Internet? I am very good with electronics and would much prefer if Verizon would just ship the boxes to me, so I won't have to wait for a appointment.
