I signed up four households for the refer-a-friend where we share the reward.

3 of the four are installed and complete.

Anyone have an idea as to when the status will update on the referafriend web page?

I wasn't sure if anyone had experience with this and if I needed to call Verizon to make sure they followed through.

I was assuming that it would occur within a certain amount of time but with Verizon, you can never assume.

Hi, the status did not change for a few months, so I called Verizon. They said it was in their system. It took 3 months after my friends install before my friend and I received our credit towards our account. They actually send you something that looks like a check that you mail back in with your bill to receive the credit. It takes a while, but stay on top of it to make sure you get the credit.
