How do I find out if there is an outage in my area?

If you're experiencing difficulty, you can call tech support for whichever services you have, FiOS or Verizon copper with DSL, and we can tell you if there is an outtage in your area. If not, we can assist in getting your services back up or send a field tech if necessary.
If there is a widespread outage and you call tech support, there will be a recording that will advise you of current outages so you wouldn't have to speak to a rep.
