Have attempted several times by phone and on your site to simply upgrade the phone service at xxxx xxx Ave, Pinellas Park, FL. After calling to get a password it tells us every time it's wrong, of couse it's wrong I have NO user name but your system does NOT provide a user name. Have tried by phone (three times) and each time they insist I don't need a user name. We have Bright House and wish to switch but Verizon doesn't seem to want us to switch.
