I just bought a new netbook. How do I connect to my home internet, I have no idea what my securtiy password is to connect to my wireless. Help!!
Look at your router. There should be a sticker on the bottom/side with the SSID and passcode on it.
I also purchased a Sylvania Netbook with Windows CE and cannot connect to the internet.
I use Verizone high speed dsl internet for my desktop computer.
When I type in a web page address, I am taken to a box for Dial-Up Connection asking for a User Name, Password and Domain. I do not use dial-up.
I am hoping that once I get connected to the internet I will be able to update the software so I can actually read articles and what-nots, which is the purpose of my netbook purchase in the first place.
I am not a techie, but I follow directions well.
What does the community suggest?
