What is this if not totally useless? I have paid for it for months and now need to use it and cannot only get someone on the

phone, when I finally do, they want only info re: phone replacement or repair. What about all the electronics in my home that

are suppose to be covered? Has anyone had this plan and been able to use it? If so, how?
