Variable internet speed

Have been getting slow speeds with my FIOS internet. Installed new Verizon router. Now, often better, but the DOWLOAD speeds are very variable on my newest computer. Data

Computer #1 is the one connected to the router

#2 is a laptop

#3 is the new desktop that I am concerned about

I'm assuming that machine is wireless? is that right ?

If it is, then try to follow these instructions - it might just be normal wireless interference.
