Verizon/MSN e-mail address

I currently have Verizon DSL service with MSN. I have a msn.com e-mail address. If I change to FIOS package will I be able to continue with my MSN e-mail address ?? Verizon support was not able to understand my question !!!

yes, you can continue to use your msn email account. During your installation you have an option to choose Verizon with Yahoo or Windows Live. Windows Live allows you to use your hotmail or msn account. One item I did find out, the MSN premium you had with your dsl service is not available. Microsoft is moving onto Windows LIve that is why you don't see it as an option. The tech was able to leave on the MSN that I had with the dsl service, but I eventually uninstalled and moved on to Windows Live. hope this helps

Hi. I've had FIOS since 12/5/08. I still have my msn e-mail address. My home page format changed - couldn't figure out why - but I'm getting all of my e-mails. Hope this helps!
