How do I reprogram a remote to work on a different TV? I have recently purchased a new TV and while the remote will change the channel on the set top box, it will no longer change the volume or turn the TV on/off as it did on my old TV.
hit menu on your remote > customer support > in home agent > program remote.
follow the instructions and it will allow you to choose the type of tv and give you the step by step for programming it.
