Sales person misrepresentation

Has anyone else had problems with a Verizon sales person failing to quote a price for all of the services requested? This was not a simple miscommunication. What can we do, except cough up another 25 dollars per month and spend the next two years feeling cheated......

I do not believe it... I have never heard of such a thing...

But seriously... Your options are

A. Call billing and complain and ask for credit

B. Call billing and threaten to cancel

C. Actually cancel

D. Cough up another 25 dollars per month and spend the next two years feeling cheated
