I've tried to uninstall Verizon Internet Security Suite from my system, but cannot get rid of it completely. I want to delete it before installing a new security program. Any suggestions?

what will need to happen is you will need to call in regarding that. What will happen with the particular agent will need to perform a screen share session and DL a file to your computer that what amounts to a remover tool if the uninstall doesn't remove itself.
