i'm trying to reinstall verizon security suite- but a box keeps springing up saying that verizon servicepoint does not exist???

You need to call tech support at 1-888-553-1555. (If you do not have phone service, just press zero after each question) (if you have phone service thru fios, verify your telephone number then press zero after each question and after 3rd question you will be sent to tech support the fastest way) They will assist you or direct you on how to take care of this. The problem COULD be a bit involved to solve, depending on your knowledge and understanding of how to manipulate your computer's programs. Someone can connect to your PC to take care of this. Verizon internet Security Suite is not available for MAC, unless something new has arrived in last week or so
