Does anyone know when FIOS internet and tv will become available in Lancaster, PA (17601)? I am a comcast subscriber and we don't have much of a choice around when it comes to tv and high speed internet. My second question is, does FIOS internet have a monthly downlaod cap? Comcast has recently put a 250 GB/month cap on their "unlimited" high speed service. I am just sick of their unwillingness to listen to their customers and I am looking at my alternatives.
