I have the Freedom Essential package with the TV, Internet, and Phone bundle. The Caller ID works on the phones but does not display on the TV.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get the Caller ID to display on the TV?

Keep in mind that VZ has been having issues with CID onscreen and it is only rolled out in a few areas (Texas and I think NY - could be wrong).
The caller ID is only available in some areas at this time.
NY, NJ, MA, RI, TX (I think this is all but VA and MD may also have it)
Also my buddy at Verizon just pointed out that depending on the router you have it may have issues. Seems that the caller ID on TV is having problems with the RI-408 router. He says that if you have the RI-408 router and are Caller ID compatible, they have to replace your router before you will get the on screen caller ID.
