We use to use the Verizon Center at Circuit City until it closed - Mgr was great and helpful - there is no handicapped or just seats at larger local verizon center and although I went in with intentions of updating my phone, foks were so rude I left. tried to contact Verizon but found almost impossible except thru this route. Any suggestions??
