How do I export my Verizon webmail contact list ?

I would like to know how to export my Webmail contact list into a .CSV file. I see other posts on how to import, but havnt seen how to export. Anybody have a idea? Thanks

I called Verizon tech support today to find out how to do this and they said there's currently no way to do it.
