Verizon general feedback and positive feedback location... Where???

I spoke with three diffrent techs over the course of 3 hours the only one that took the time to correct my problem was Dylan who took the time to use go to assist and help me out. He needs to be promoted to a management level. Highly recommend his service level.

When you have a positive experience and want to give Kudos's to a particular rep you want to ask to speak to a supervisor after the call before you hang up. The phone support job is a thankless one and one I probably couldn't handle without telling the person on the other end what a **bleep** I thought they were!! LOL. The supervisors LOVE to get that kind of call. I know a couple of supervisors what work those kind of call centers and they say they only get 1 KUDOS for every hundred complaints. So it makes their day. It is well worth the effort to give a "well done" to someone that provides good service. A few "atta boy's" could defiantly make someone's day.
