Generic Caller ID Pop-up

I have caller ID set up on my FIOS TV and I get the pop-ups. The only problem is, if I call my home phone from my cell, the pop-up just shows "Texas", with my cell phone number displayed below it. I've noticed it with some other callers as well. I have VCA and I associated my name with my cell phone number in the address book, but I'm wondering if it should flow through to my TV STB so it will display the name.

The VCA address book does not flow to the FiOS TV caller ID display. The caller ID information comes from your telephone switch, and is sent directly to both VCA servers and the FiOS TV caller ID server (which routes it to your TV) as well as your telephone. So what you see on your TV screen is exactly what is sent to your phone and displayed on your phone (if you have a caller ID display on your phones).
