The battery backup box in my garage beeps intermittently and there's a red light highlighted on the change battery section. Is the battery a consumer changeable item?
Yes. In fact, I remember distinctly reading that somewhere on the literature that I received with the FiOS packet when I first got my service -- saying essentially that the battery would need to be periodically replaced. Not sure where you can buy the battery, but perhaps one of those battery warehouse specialty stores would have it.
