My apartment complex has recently had Fios installed, but I can't receive service yet because it says my address is still unavailable. How long does it take for availability after the lines have been installed?
Try calling Verizon. A month ago, the online search reported my address was unavailable even though neighbors' addresses on either side were. It wasn't true obviously. And one of them already had an installation. I think a VZ sales person goes door-to-door within a few days of it being available. Of course you may have been out.
