I wanted a lower bill and noticed that triple play was now $90. I called waited on hold for 10 minutes and asked for the $90 package. I was told that the$90 was for new customers only. I asked how long I had to drop Verizon before I was a new customer and the guy said he would be unable to verify that info for me. I suggested that perhaps someone else in the building might be more helpful and he said he would try to find someone. BUT all he did was send me back to the main menu where I could enter my phone number and wait on hold again. WHAT A SCAM.....SHAME ON YOU VERIZON
