MY FIOS VOICE is out [NO DIAL TONE]
I reported it yesterday.
Yesterday Live Chat technical FIOS agent said a technician would be dispatched to arrive by 2PM today [about 2 hours ago].
On Verizon Web site my trouble ticket STATUS SAYS: "Pending."
Comittment Date has passed.
HOW CAN I GET REAL STATUS?
How can I find out if a technician be dispatched today or whenever?
I tried Live chat. several times today. Only once did it work, but then he could not transfer me to live chat TECHNICAL AGENT.. I tried FIOS 888 number . Waited long time for an agent then gave up.
Is there any other way that I might get to a Verizon person who can help me?
