Hello and welcome! LOL . . . well I'm not surprised as Verizon sure didn't make it easy to opt out! Ok follow this:
Sign in to My Verizon . . . go to the My Profile tab . . . half way down the page you'll see Phone Controls . . . you'll then see below that a link to view/edit privacy (CPNI) settings!
