About an hour ago my service stopped working. TV says this channel is currently unavailable. Internet no longer works, and the phone has no dial tone.
This isnt an issue with billing and support as if i didn't pay the bill I wouldn't be posting here for a fix. I've never missed a payment nor have I never issued a late payment.
Theres no other way for me to get in contact with Verizon because the phones have no dial tone.
Any help?
