When I access my multi-room DVR from a STB to view a recorded program, when I fast forward it sticks and the only way to stop it is to turn my TV off. I have already switched remotes and STBs and it still happens. How can this be fixed?
We are aware of this "Trick Play" issue. The problem has been identified and a fix is in the works. In the mean time just try and be gentle with the FF button on your 2500 while watching a recording from your DVR.
