verizon.com registration

I've been trying to register on verizon.com for 3 weeks. I'm registered on verizon.net but because I have multiple

verizon services I cannot use it to pay my bill. It directs me to verizon.com, however when I try to register on

that site it's unavailable and says try again later. Later is now actually more than three weeks. When I call the

e center 877 500 5209 I get put on hold for hours, yes hours. Is there a solution?

I've have the same issue. I guess you need to get your 1st bill to get a registration password that is tied to your bill.

But once you are registered, you can't use that password, because you are already registered. Catch 22, huh?

They need to come up with a better solution for this. I called support a few weeks ago, they just said I wasn't registered and dropped off the chat. But I still didn't have my bill, so my 2nd registration didn't work either.

Now it's the weekend, so I don't think I can get billing support until Monday.
