youtube painfully slow

i recently started noticing that when i visit youtube i takes me like 3 min to watch a 1 min video in 360p not event 720p....... is there any way i can fix this?

i been doing speed tests and they seem normal 20dl/5up my os is win7 and my browser is firefox 4

i already tried using google dns and OPENdns none of them seem to work

More likely than not, it's a YouTube issue. On the weekends and evening hours they tend to have trouble keeping up with the load demanded by users. What often times works to make the site at least work better is to try selecting the higher quality video quality, or to play with the quality selector. Doing that will give you a different video server which hopefully isn't as busy or going over a congested route.

What also works is changing your DNS servers. This tends to help give you different YouTube servers as well.
