I have a web site at webhosting.com which I can not log into they suggested that I check my firewall which is not blocking and then check my ISP. Please help me log into my webpage

I also ran a AVG scan and it reported that 2 malwares came from verizon

It is possible that your website might have been hacked and someone changed the password?

When you say "cannot log into" what do you mean? Is it telling you your password is wrong? Is it timing out? Are you getting another error?

If the admins are saying to check your firewall, they must have more info than we do.

I asked the web host to change the password which they did

"can not login in" means I can not login into my webapge. It is not timing me out it just will not let me into the CPanel. As for the firewall it is not preventing it. I used to be able to login my webpage through Internet Explorer now I can't I could never login under AOL. I have tried both computers in my house and neither one allows me to get into my webpage.
