Verizon call assistant has some issues with time zones

What a product.

Call received says 3.08 pm

VM from call says 1.09 pm

Actual time is 2.09 pm .

I leave it running all the time, would appear a logical thing to do, and get a dozen or so failed to sign in message every day. After several days it just stops informing or notifying of calls and vms. Have to exit then and start it again.

Is also annoying that on my twin monitor system the minimized bar homes the the right of the leftmost monitor, even if I put it on the right of the righmost monitor. Then when you open a pane such as calls and close the paneit then just moves open to the leftmost side of the rightmost monitor. You then have to maximize all panes to catch it again so that it minimizes!!

Is this the same experience for everyone?

That's pretty wierd, I had an issue with the timezone when I first got it, but it was very clearly because it was using the wrong timezone. So I found the timezone setting at the main call assistant website under settings. After I set that, all was well. Is it set correctly there for you too?
