Can someone please tell me how I can sign up for IOBI service.

I believe that they no longer offer the service and have replaced it with VCA.

Customer who have had the service before the changeover may be grandfathered in.

Thank you for the information. I have been using VCA for a while now, but it still doesn't support selective number blocking. That is very inportant for me.
