I do not understand. Are you saying it is better to cut down living, thriving trees that have taken years to grow so more seedlings can be planted and again cut down?
I understand you do this for a living, but ais your concern more for the trees or your job?
Lets look at it like this....
a ream of paper is like 500 sheets of paper.
500 sheets of paper is literally 8 by 11 by about 5 inches
the average bill is 3 pages long front to back.
if a tree was 8 by 11 inches exactly ( lol ) and 25 feet tall ... that would produce 60 reams of paper ( ideally ... not counting waste )
that is 30,000 sheets of paper, or enough paper for 10,000 customers.
so .... if about 10k customers switch to paperless billing ... one tree is saved.
