My brother in law recently moved into a condo and signed up for DirectTV / DSL / Verizon phone because FIOS TV was not available.
His condo association did not allow the larger dish for DirectTV to receive HD channels (so he only gets SD)
A month later FIOS TV / Internet is available in his area. Does Verizon allow him to switch to FIOS TV w/o having to pay contract penalty for DIrectTV (which is a 2 yr contract)?
