I've spent more than an hour on hold waiting for somebody from Customer service/disconnect service dept to answer but NO SUCCESS, is there any way to do it online?

This probably doesn't help much but judging from another thread just stop paying the bill and they will be happy to disconnect your service rather promptly
I can't find much of anything online anywhere other than in these forums. Man I thought Comcast had crappy customer service until I got FIOS installed last week and it is still not working
