To what "spam block" are you referring?
Is this an issue with email, or phone service, or something else?
Were these "numbers" that you yourself added to whatever list it is that they are on, or is it a Verizon-controlled list?
What is the indicator that these "numbers" are blocked?
More information would be helpful in identifying what the issue actually is. Without knowing the problem, it is very difficult to provide a solution. I'll keep an eye on this thread for more info.
