Security Deposit?

Just got a question, I got fios internet since february and have never missed a payment. Now that fios tv is available in my apartment I wanted to order the bundle of internet+tv and I'm required a $400 deposit? lol. Just wanted to know what is this decision based on? because my credit score is well above 700 and don't have any bad credit history at all!

im pretty sure it is just based on your credit score.

and it may also be based on your haircut, or what color shirt you were wearing when you clicked the button, also i heard from dr. dre that it may also be based on if you are left or right handed.

seriously tho, i have no idea why that would be based on anything other than your credit score.
