The website search for FiOS internet availability is probably one of the least intuitive things I've ever seen -- it can't find my address, and even with Live Help their best recommendation is to try different spellings and arrangements of my address. I can't believe how unbelievably low-tech the availability search is for something as high-tech as FiOS.
I've never had so much trouble trying to give money to a provider. I'm hoping an admin will see this and can contact me directly for better service.
