Beginning in May 2011 spouse and I began getting these acount down messages popups for VISS that say "subscription expires in 8 days." There are five computers on Network but only two laptop receives these messages. The help received from Verizon Tech support results in not seeing the VISS subscription message for a week or so but, the message comes back.
Verizons way of dealing with this problem has been to remove then re-install Verizon Internet Security Suite. That does not work.
Any body else have this experience?
