excellent signal strength but horrible connection

Question

need help. at wit's end. both my laptop and my phone are getting a great signal from the wireless fios router but my speed is 0.058/0.241. I'm so confused! Before I found out that my phone was also going slow, I thought it was an issue with my laptop so I defragmented my c drive but to no avail. the speed went back to normal for about two hours today but now I'm back where I started. any suggestions would be helpful

If your wired tests are good, but your wireless tests are *****, you can try changing the wireless channel on the router.  Try channels 1,6 or 11.
