Unknown coax taking up all tcp ports???

So im trying to make a server for a game and i need to port forward. ive been trying to forward the tcp port 25565 but it kept saying that the port i was entering was conflicting with others. i then noticed that there was a something with an ip 192.168.1.103 and it was taking up all the tcp ports. the bad thing is i cant delete it and ive tried unplugging all the coax connections but it wont disconnect. heres the screenshot url: http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x450/Wrex112/Untitled.png

can you edit it?

if you can't edit it, then unplug the set top boxes, and then reboot the router, and then try to access that scree (set top boxes still unplugged) build your rule, and then plug the cable boxes back in after you're done building your rule.

i tried that before. the port thats showing up here isnt in my network list either. i told my friend while trying to figure out how to connect to the server try using my local host ip to connect to the game. could this in any way be his router? cause its not in my network and its a coax connection and ive unplugged every coax connection in my house

Thats a STBox IP address and it's not going away, don't know why it's using all up TCP ports but you may want to reboot it if thats the case.

TRY REINSTALL OF FIRMWARE, OR UPDATING IN CASE to clear all rules out.

Your port forwarding page looks very different to mine. The rule is all messed up, it should look like the picture below. The only way to get rid of those Verizon rules is to reset the router to default settings. You might want to make sure you have the latest firmware on the router first
