2nd day with triple play ultimate hd. sd boxes reset when starting a free on demand movie.

I have 1 hd box and 2 sd boxes. The hd box work great no problem with on demand.. The 2 sd boxes shut off when you try to start and watch a free on demand movie. Right after you click watch or play movei. The tv screens turn snowy and the sd box shuts off.. They were working when the installer left yesterday.
