Can Not Activate Fios STB

Hello,

I am having difficulties activating my STB. All of the cables are in place, etc. and I went online to activate. I was given a message that activation was successful, but my STB still displays a "0". Nothing is appearing on my screen.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
