I recently tried to install the Verizon In Home Agent -- The installation fails with the error message 1304 writing to file C;\program files\verizon\fios\ihs\connwizard\auotit\checkforlogsremainngoncustomerspcexe. verify that you have access to that directory..
I saved the program to my desktop and luanched from there I also tried just letting the program install without saving .. I tried shutting down the firewall and antivirus on my computer. None of these steps worked
Can I get some help on what this means or what I need to do to get this program installed ??
