I'm not sure if this is the correct forum but I'd appreciate some help. I've gotten a few pop-ups telling me there is an update available so when I click on the download button I'm sent to IE and the Verizon Support screen appears telling me its "verifying registration information".
That never goes away. When I try a Service Checkup I get the same thing "verifying registration information" and that never goes away as well.
Any ideas? Thanks
