Caller ID now in Massachusetts

As of today, it would appear that Caller ID on TV is available. I activated it on all 4 of my STBs, and with one box, I started having all these pixelation issues. I called for Tech support and asked them to fix it, and they tried insisting that it was the wiring. I then brought the box from another room into this room, and it did it with that box, too. But THEN I moved the box in that room into the other room, and the problem stopped, but then when I brought the box back into the room, the problem stopped! This is the second time this happened because of a software upgrade. The problem did get fixed, but I'm not sure how or why.

Anyway, about the caller ID. Has it started working for anyone yet?

That sounds suspciously a lot like a wiring issue, and when you brought it back, you had applied the correct tightness, so that the picture no longer pixelates.

I could be wrong, but it sounds an AWEFUL lot like it.

I'd replace the cable if it happens again.
