I'm not sure where to direct my comment, so please forward this as necessary. I just took delivery of 2 Verizon phone books. The printing is, as usual lately, too **bleep** small to read without glasses. I understand that the font size is small in order to save on printing costs. But I got 2 phone books, when I can only use one at a time. Printing 2 phone books doubles those printing costs, essentially. How about providing only ONE phone book, but make the printing large enough to be read by normal humans. If you're going to still print phone books, please make them usable by printing them in larger font size.

I am not sure, but I will tell you what I think: The reason that there is two books is because..

One is a book full of businesses and the other one is book full of homes (Residential).
