tried calling my local phila verizon store and they said no 7232. Don't know if he was lying or not. Has anybody tried swapping out boxes at the philly store vh08

If I drove to another state where stores had the 7232 would they allow an exchange? Drive might not be that bad.
VHO-4 User, My 7216 is ok for now. Don't wan't to cause a traffic jam or mas exodus to another state for a DVR.
