Hi I came from t-mobile and they had online chat support does verizon offer it or will they?
I know there is a live chat option at http://www22.verizon.com/content/ContactUs/ but I think this is only for the Telcom side.
There is a separate link for wireless support that directs to http://www22.verizon.com/residentialhelp/wireless/wireless.htm - Not sure if this would help you or not.
