TV with HD DVR constantly looses picture

My TV that's connected to the Verizon FIOS HD DVR is constantly cutting out. Some times the picture flickers for a second, some times it turns to pink, goes blank and comes back. This happens both when I'm watching Live TV or recording something on the DVR. It happens on all channels (originally I thought it was one particular channel).

I have the Motorola box and only got it in Dec 2008.

Is it the box or the cable?

Hello sjspakoski,

Are you using a HDMI cable? It could be the handshake between the stb and tv causing the problem. The only real way to find out if its the cable or stb is to use component cables and see if the problem persists.
