Please help!
According to the Redemption Notification the promo code can be redeemed for a netbook or other HP merchandise with a value up to $299.99. However, when I get to check out, the promo code is too long to fit into the coupon code section. Anyone go through a similar problem and if so a solution? Verizon customer service is gonna take hours to ask a simple question, so please please help!
